About the Role

The Corporate Bank (CB) Production Client Access Services (CAS) Domain Lead is responsible for running and managing one of five domains within the production organisation. Accountable for the production operations of the portfolio of applications which form the CAS capability, this role reports directly to the Head of CB and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Production Services. From incident response to proactive activities to enhance production this role will lead the global team delivering on all aspects to ultimately Make Production Better.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the day-to-day running of the CAS production domain and driving strategies for improvement.
Ensure coverage and capability to respond to daily incidents and service requests.
Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to engineer solutions for environment enhancement.
Understand business requirements and client needs to ensure service offering meets expectations.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for alignment and partnership.
Deliver against production KPIs to improve production through fewer incidents, faster resolution, safer change, less manual effort, managed risk, and better control.

Requirements

Proven experience at Director level of Production Technology delivery end to end.
Operational experience running production teams.
Experience running global teams, defining objectives, and motivating high performance.
Ability to formulate, communicate, and influence a vision, building strategy and direction for long-term sustainable success.
Ability to be hands-on where required to maintain credibility.
Ability to operate at scale and ensure Enterprise-ready solutions.
Experience managing technical experts and teams, relating production priorities to their activities.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
Apply critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
