About the Role

As an Associate Director within our Transfer pricing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of high calibre, knowledgeable tax specialists. You will play an active part in the coaching and development of the team to deliver on individual and team objectives, implement business plans, and generate new business opportunities for the firm. You will also build and manage a focused internal and external network to generate fee-winning opportunities and act as lead on assignments where appropriate, managing and delivering a portfolio of client relationships with excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing a team of high calibre, knowledgeable tax specialists
  • Coaching and development of the team to deliver on individual and team objectives
  • Implementing business plans and generating new business opportunities for the firm
  • Building and managing a focused internal and external network to generate fee winning opportunities
  • Acting as lead on assignments where appropriate, or supporting the Director/Partner
  • Managing and delivering a portfolio of client relationships, delivering excellent client service with little support from superiors
  • Continuing to invest in your own development, including working to achieve objectives across the scorecard and obtaining regular feedback
  • Acting with integrity and in line with the firm's organisational values

Requirements

  • Qualified (ACA, CTA, ATT)
  • Demonstrable experience at Manager level or above
  • Experience of managing projects day-to-day, with limited supervision from leadership
