About the Role
This role involves optimizing the Flutter UKI casino games portfolio by analyzing trends and customer preferences, leveraging extensive analytical experience and commercial performance forecasting knowledge. The position is a 9-month Fixed Term Contract within the Content team, focusing on customer safety and providing support to various business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of casino games, including player engagement metrics, retention rates, and profitability.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement by ideating and creating new reports using data analytics tools and techniques.
- Provide actionable recommendations and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay updated on the latest developments in the gaming market.
- Benchmark performance against competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to support and drive content optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in reporting tools including Excel, Looker, SQL, Redshift.
- Understanding of the iGaming industry (preferably casino), including game mechanics, player behaviour, and market dynamics.
- Strong statistical analysis capabilities, demonstrating proficiency in applying statistical techniques to analyse complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to identify and pursue opportunities and capable of selling the potential internally.
