About the Role
As a Strategy & Program Manager, you will move between strategic planning, operational efficiency, competitive intelligence, and technology enablement. You will take on strategically important challenges that no single team owns and that risk falling through the cracks as the company grows. This generalist role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad organizational context and judgment.
Responsibilities
- Lead outcome-driven programs, partnering with functional leaders to own and deliver time-boxed programs that amplify team performance and align with company-wide goals.
- Translate strategy into action by breaking down broad objectives into measurable steps, managing plans, risks, and issues.
- Support the company’s strategic planning process, including annual refreshes, quarterly business reviews, and OKR cycles.
- Proactively identify company and team-level challenges through stakeholder feedback, operational metrics, and competitive intelligence, translating insights into structured programs.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Delivery, Product, Research, and Operations to remove blockers.
- Communicate wins and progress clearly through internal briefs, retrospective reports, and program updates.
- Collect feedback, quantify ROI, and ensure programs leave behind durable improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in strategic operations, program management, or consulting within fast-growing tech companies, consultancies, or product operations teams.
- High judgment and low ego, with the discretion to be trusted with significant decisions.
- Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, executable plans and drive them to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable leading syncs, writing concise updates, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Comfort with accountability without direct authority, influencing across functions and adapting messages for various audiences.
- A data-first approach, with skills to define key metrics, build dashboards, and interpret trends.
- Willingness to dive into unfamiliar domains and build credibility quickly.
- Ability to thrive with freedom and know when to involve others.
- A bias towards building durable systems that function independently.
