About the Role

As a Customer Manager, you will be responsible for selling payment transaction products to corporate clients with a turnover of over EUR 50 million. You will process and present tenders, and introduce products, services, and offers to our clients. You will involve and manage internal and external service providers in the sales of payment products. You will also support and advise corporate clients in all aspects of payment transactions and participate in projects, mentoring junior staff, trainees, and interns.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the sales of payment transaction products to corporate clients with a turnover of over EUR 50 million.
Process and present tenders, and introduce products, services, and offers to clients.
Involve and manage internal and external service providers in the sales of payment products.
Support and advise corporate clients in all aspects of payment transactions.
Participate in projects and mentor junior staff, trainees, and interns.

Requirements

Successful degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, supplemented by completed banking training.
Several years of professional experience in sales or banking, preferably in payment transactions.
Sound knowledge of the product and service spectrum in payment transactions and modern cash management methods, especially for large corporate and group clients.
Know-how in modern, mobile, and electronic payment methods – card-based as well as via electronic devices.
Very good German and good English (spoken and written).
Strong presentation skills.
