About the Role
Strala is rebuilding the foundation of the insurance industry, achieving significant growth and funding from top-tier investors. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take ownership of our core infrastructure and contribute to our rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own and be responsible for core infrastructure, databases, and software architecture.
- Ship code to production on the first day and take full responsibility for it.
- Create specifications, figure out solutions, and build features.
- Address challenges including hiring, designing core infrastructure, and scaling the codebase.
Requirements
- Proven ability to solve hard problems.
- High agency and ownership, with a history of driving initiatives.
- 2+ years in backend development with Python.
- Track record of shipping fast, production-grade code.
- Experience with GCP, AWS, and Docker.
