About the Role

Support Treasury users in their day-to-day use of Murex, helping to resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure the platform meets business needs. Work closely with Treasury and Technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business strategy, product development, and change initiatives in line with risk and governance requirements.
• Ensure appropriate controls are in place to effectively manage and mitigate risks while balancing customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and commercial objectives.
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture by demonstrating the Bank's values and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
• Support effective risk identification, reporting, and management processes, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), assurance activities, and issue remediation.
• Escalate risks, incidents, and control weaknesses as appropriate and support timely resolution.
• Complete all mandatory training and maintain compliance with any role-specific regulatory or policy requirements.
• Assist with the delivery of system enhancements and changes, supporting analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including preparing test scenarios, executing tests, supporting UAT, and tracking issues through to resolution.
• Help maintain system configuration and documentation, ensuring changes are appropriately governed and documented.
• Support reporting and data analysis, helping business teams access the information they need to make informed decisions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology to support the smooth running and continuous improvement of the Murex platform.
• Contribute to ongoing process and system improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience, efficiency, and controls.
• Develop knowledge of Treasury processes and the Murex platform, working with colleagues and vendors to build expertise and deliver value to the business.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience with Treasury products.
• Mortgages background is an added advantage.
