About the Role
The Outbound Sales Representative drives growth by recruiting and activating new Hub partners across assigned regions through high-volume outbound sales efforts. This role focuses on consultative selling, lead qualification, and partner relationship development while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Generate new Hub partners in assigned regions through outbound sales activities and high-volume cold calling.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand prospective partners’ business needs and clearly present the value proposition of Hub Delivery.
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Hub Delivery partners, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, lead status, and sales progress within CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
- Manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritizing outreach and follow-up to maximize conversion and partner readiness.
- Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights to help refine sales strategies and program offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active Hub partner.
- Consistently demonstrate a customer-first mindset, building strong relationships with small businesses and promoting mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Adhere to established sales processes and best practices while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably involving high-volume outbound cold calling.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, outbound call center environments, and account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred and CRM usage required.
- Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid organizational skills to maintain accurate records and track progress in CRM systems.
- General understanding of sales processes in logistics, retail, or tech sectors is preferred.
Skills
- Sales enablement platform experience is beneficial.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a nice-to-have and can enhance communication with a broader range of partners.
- Customer service experience supporting small businesses or commercial accounts is advantageous.
- Background in recruiting or business development focused on small business partnerships is an asset.
