About the Role
ENERTRAG is seeking dedicated, enrolled interns for a mandatory internship (5-6 months) with 40 hours per week. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruiting within the renewable energy sector and contribute to the energy transition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial introductory calls (screening calls) with applicants, particularly for service technicians in wind turbine technology, assessing profile suitability.
- Review incoming applications, perform initial pre-selection, and support the entire application process from acknowledgment to scheduling.
- Independently process unsolicited applications, identify potential, and actively suggest where individuals can create added value within the company.
- Contribute to the optimization and introduction of new recruiting processes, with the opportunity to implement own ideas.
- Support exciting special projects, such as international recruiting or employer branding, gaining comprehensive insight into modern personnel acquisition.
Requirements
- Enrolled at a university or college studying Business Administration, Business Law, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
- Seeking practical experience in recruiting through a mandatory internship (minimum 5 months).
- Enjoy interacting with people, communicate openly, and work well in a team.
- Demonstrate independent, structured work habits, a high willingness to learn, and initiative.
- Fluent in German and possess good English language skills.
- Valid authorization to work in Germany for the entire duration of the internship.
