About the Role
The position is within the school-based youth welfare service and is a full-time role. Work is structured according to the school secretary model, meaning hours are worked during the school year with school holidays off.
Responsibilities
- Crisis intervention through individual work with students
- Focus on violence prevention
- Mediation and social learning
- Group work, including work with girls and boys
- Parent work and mediation between parents and school
- Internal cooperation with all stakeholders at the school and collaboration with local projects and institutions

Requirements
- Recognized degree as a social pedagogue, social worker, or equivalent qualification
- Experience with school structures is desired
- Experience working with parents
- Experience working with children with challenging behavior is desired
- Willingness to engage in networking (internal and external to the school)
