About the Role

This Sydney-based role involves shaping how Deloitte delivers strategic priorities by leading the evolution of the transformation management platform, focusing on product roadmap, configuration, automation, and user experience. The position aims to enhance decision-making through clearer visibility into complex initiatives and ensure the reliability and usability of underlying data, processes, and tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead the ongoing evolution of Deloitte's transformation management platform.
Own the product roadmap, platform configuration, automation, and user experience end to end.
Build dashboards, refine workflows, and improve data quality.
Utilize AI coding tools to create practical solutions.
Support reporting, documentation, and governance for firmwide programs.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, program leads, and external vendors to identify enhancements, prioritize changes, and drive adoption.
Identify opportunities for digitization or simplification.
Build new capabilities to improve delivery across the portfolio.

Requirements

Experience owning a product end to end, including roadmap prioritization, configuration, onboarding, and continuous improvement.
Confidence using AI coding tools to build automations, scripts, or interfaces.
Strong program or project management capability, ideally supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives.
Familiarity with relational data models and how linked records, lookup fields, and rollups support reliable reporting.
Ability to work across a large, matrixed organization and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, including running training, onboarding, and requirements workshops with non-technical users.
Experience translating business needs from multiple stakeholders into a clear, prioritized delivery roadmap.
Exposure to executive reporting, program lifecycle management, or vendor relationship management is valuable.
