About the Role
Pigment is seeking software engineers to join our Engineering team, responsible for developing our SaaS platform. Engineers participate in the entire application development lifecycle, focusing on design, coding, and platform maintenance. We value user-centricity, pragmatism, curiosity, humility, trust, ownership, and team spirit.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, focusing on design, coding, and keeping the production platform up and running.
- Translate functional requirements into elegant and simple designs.
- Deliver code that meets user needs.
- Suggest innovative ideas based on product and customer understanding.
- Help teams work effectively and autonomously.
Requirements
- Experience as a software engineer working on a product in production.
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure (Kubernetes, IaC tooling, public cloud).
- Proven experience designing object-oriented software with languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python or Ruby.
- Great team spirit with a problem-solving attitude.
- Humility and willingness to grow.
