About the Role
Free2move is seeking an Operations Service Technician to support its operations team. This role involves recharging, relocating, inspecting, and cleaning vehicles, as well as performing minor repairs and serving as a central contact for fleet-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Recharge vehicles
- Relocate vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for damage
- Clean vehicles
- Serve as the central contact for on-street fleet-related issues
- Perform small repairs directly on vehicles
- Take independent responsibility for your area of work
Requirements
- Commercial or technical education, ideally in the automotive or mobility industry
- Business fluency in English and German
- Ability to work independently, flexibility, and high social and intercultural competence
- Communicative and comfortable interacting with external service providers and other departments
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and high service orientation
- Passion for the concept of flexible mobility
