About the Role
Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of internal processes across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in process management, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and organizational operations within an international and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordination, and monitoring of processes managed by the Operations Team.
- Support maintaining of project documentation, status reports, and schedules.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and visual guidelines.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in collecting, structuring, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Support communication with internal and external stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations.
- Assist in cleaning, verifying, and structuring organisational data.
- Document data-related processes and contribute to internal compliance checklists.
- Maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal documentation libraries.
- Support the department with administrative tasks related to processes managed by the Operations Team.
- Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions, taking notes and preparing summaries.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Must remain enrolled as a student for at least 1-2 additional years.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week during the semester.
- Strong interest in operations, process management, business analysis, and organisational effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Eligibility to work in Germany.

- Experience with process mapping, workflow visualisation, or diagramming tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with data management, documentation, or knowledge management tools is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
