About the Role

Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of internal processes across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in process management, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and organizational operations within an international and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and monitoring of processes managed by the Operations Team.
  • Support maintaining of project documentation, status reports, and schedules.
  • Create process maps, flowcharts, and visual guidelines.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in collecting, structuring, and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Support communication with internal and external stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations.
  • Assist in cleaning, verifying, and structuring organisational data.
  • Document data-related processes and contribute to internal compliance checklists.
  • Maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal documentation libraries.
  • Support the department with administrative tasks related to processes managed by the Operations Team.
  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions, taking notes and preparing summaries.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Must remain enrolled as a student for at least 1-2 additional years.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week during the semester.
  • Strong interest in operations, process management, business analysis, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Eligibility to work in Germany.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to collect, document, and organise information in a clear and systematic manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable participating in meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow visualisation, or diagramming tools is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with data management, documentation, or knowledge management tools is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
