About the Role

You will support financial service providers in transformation projects at the interface of IT security, regulation, organization, and technology. You will be responsible for workstreams, from structuring the issue to target states for security organization and IT architecture, through to implementation.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for workstreams – from structuring the issue to target states for security organization and IT architecture, through to implementation.
• You will concretize risk-oriented target security specifications and translate them into actionable requirements and measures with specialist departments, IT, information security, and architecture.
• You will design and manage resilience tests, evaluate results, and derive concrete improvement measures.
• You will develop robust analyses, recommendations, and roadmaps and moderate decisions between business, regulatory, and technical stakeholders.
• You will contribute to the development of our team and the expansion of our consulting services for Financial Services and IT Security.

Requirements

• You have completed studies in business administration, business informatics, law, MINT/STEM, or a comparable field.
• You have relevant experience in consulting, with a financial service provider, or in a regulated transformation environment – ideally two to four years as a Consultant, four to six years as a Senior Consultant.
• You understand regulatory requirements and their impact on IT governance, information security, organization, and technology.
• You have a solid understanding of IT architecture and information security, for example in Cloud Security, IAM, Security Operations, IT Risk Management, or Business Continuity.
• Ideally, you have experience with target security specifications, resilience tests, or target states for security organization and IT architecture.
• You manage workstreams independently, moderate different interests, and translate complex topics into clear decisions and measures.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are available to be on-site with our clients as needed.
