About the Role

We are seeking a Research Associate for our Evaluation & Healthcare Design department in Berlin. This role involves contributing to diverse research and consulting projects within the healthcare system, with opportunities for independent work on project components.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to diverse evaluation, research, and consulting projects in the healthcare system.
  • Independently manage work packages, including content, planning, and execution.
  • Develop or select data collection instruments, conduct surveys, and analyze primary and secondary data.
  • Collaborate with team members on idea generation, results discussion, and conclusion development.
  • Write scientific texts and project reports.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Support project acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (Diplom or Master's) preferably in Epidemiology, Psychology, Public Health, Economics, or Health Economics.
  • Professional experience in a scientific context is desirable.
  • Initial experience with routine data is desirable.
  • Very good empirical-methodological knowledge, especially in questionnaire development and study design.
  • High affinity for data and experience with statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, or STATA).
  • High willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and contexts.
  • High level of commitment and results orientation, as well as a thorough and precise way of working.
  • High scientific standards and high customer orientation.
  • Very good written communication skills.
