About the Role
Drive end-to-end digital and podcast campaign delivery, ensuring strong revenue and performance outcomes. Manage relationships and communication between Commercial teams, Creative Production, Digital Operations, and external partners. Oversee campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, inventory management, and quality assurance processes. Maintain ownership of pre-sale schedule quality assurance, ensuring all plans align with approved costs, inventory availability, stakeholder approvals, and governance standards. Ensure campaign deliverables, deadlines, governance requirements, and stakeholder expectations are met.

- Oversee campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, inventory management, and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain ownership of pre-sale schedule quality assurance, ensuring all plans align with approved costs, inventory availability, stakeholder approvals, and governance standards.
- Ensure campaign deliverables, deadlines, governance requirements, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Requirements
- Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to collaborate and influence across teams, clients and partners.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and financial interpretation capabilities.
- Knowledge of marketing, advertising and campaign delivery, with an understanding of podcast/audio products and process improvement.
- 2+ years' experience in media, entertainment, commercial partnerships or campaign management, working with sales teams, clients and agencies.
