Responsibilities

  • Manage service delivery.
  • Raise work orders, assign and schedule technicians, and liaise with customers.
  • Ensure completed works are closed off and invoiced in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all maintenance is completed within budget and all associated paperwork is collated and provided to stakeholders.
  • Manage works in progress, providing updates to customers and team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.
  • Manage customer issue escalations and ensure action and close out.
  • Raise and issue purchase orders for parts ordering.
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders including Service Team Managers, Branch Managers, Technicians, and Service Delivery Team Leader.
  • Onboard technicians and apprentices.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Receivable teams with invoice queries.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high volume, KPI/Target driven, fast-paced customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communicator across all forms of communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High level of experience in MS Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work as part of a high-performing team and independently.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, including identifying and resolving issues and business improvement ideas.
