About the Role
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Senior II Rotational Radiographer to join their Imaging Team. This role offers a competitive salary and involves 24/7 cover across three London sites, with opportunities for professional development in a high-acuity environment with the latest equipment.
Responsibilities
- Monitors, evaluates and reports status of departmental operations.
- Acts as a liaison internally and externally.
- Provides direct patient care in specialty areas.
- Maintains flexibility in working hours, participating in shifts, extended working days, and on-call rotations.
- Undertakes basic patient observations, recognizes deteriorating patients, and manages them appropriately.
- Assists with the development of clinical practice and standards of care, including policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and audits.
- Maintains a work environment that fosters quality care delivery, accountability, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimally a BSc(Hons) Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent required.
- Current valid Healthcare Professional Council (HCPC) registration required.
- Ability to manage time and resources and prioritize workload according to clinical needs.
- Well-developed Diagnostic Radiology knowledge, underpinned by theory and experience.
- Desire to work towards or with post graduate qualifications.
- Knowledge of the application of different Imaging procedures and the associated risks/benefits and precautions/safety requirements.
- Role may be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
