About the Role

Responsibilities
- Advise customers and sell suitable additional services (e.g., insurance, upgrades) to enhance the rental experience.
- Rent out our exclusive vehicle fleet.
- Manage vehicle disposition, contract creation, and cash handling.
- Collaborate closely with the station team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Class B driver's license.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for cars and service, with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a pleasant, friendly demeanor.
- Ideally, have initial experience in sales, hospitality, gastronomy, retail, or car rental.
- Speak fluent German and have good basic English skills, or be willing to acquire them.
- Be a communicative team player willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Your personality counts; we are willing to train you on aspects of mobility you may not yet know.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting from €2,500 gross per month plus bonus for sales success (for 40 hours).
