About the Role

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a BU Operations Staff, located in Chiyoda-ku, Japan. This role will support the smooth and efficient promotion of sales and educational activities for each business unit of DePuy Synthes, by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to handle various operations and administrative tasks. As a team member, you will promote operational efficiency and standardization, contributing to the overall productivity improvement of the business unit organization. Please note that there may be some changes to the job description due to the separation.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and education support operations
  • Arrangement and management of materials and supplies related to activity operations
  • Various administrative tasks necessary for sales activities
  • Support for sales activities based on various regulations and compliance
  • Respond to various inquiries from sales
  • Customer and distributor correspondence (inquiry response, coordination)
  • System and data management
  • Data entry and updates into CRM/various internal systems
  • Report creation, data aggregation and analysis support
  • Tool operation
  • Event and project support
  • Support for academic conference and event operations
  • Coordination and progress management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collection and management of deliverables
  • Operations improvement
  • Proposal and promotion of operational process efficiency and standardization
  • Productivity improvement through the utilization of IT tools and external resources

Requirements

  • Experience in sales support, sales administration, or related work
  • Experience in projects or operational improvements (preferred)
  • Communication skills (internal and external coordination)
  • Execution ability (accuracy and speed)
  • Basic PC skills such as Excel / PowerPoint
  • Data management and report creation capabilities
  • Knowledge of business systems such as CRM / ERP (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the medical industry and products (preferred)
  • Knowledge of compliance (HCC, etc.) (preferred)
