About the Role

As the first point of contact for our rehabilitation patients, you embody our claim: herzhaus - with heart and mind - in a special way. We are an interdisciplinary team of 30 colleagues from various specialist areas (medicine, movement, psychology, nutrition, social services, administration). The herzhaus is located in a modern building with an appealing ambiance and is easily accessible by public transport (U2, U6, Bus). Responsibilities

Initial contact with rehabilitation patients
Patient admission and discharge
Appointment scheduling and coordination
Patient service, contact with hospitals
Data entry, documentation, invoice preparation, reporting
Reception duties
Participation in the interdisciplinary team
General administrative tasks

Requirements

Organizational talent, effective time management, and a keen eye for the essential
Enjoyment of working with our rehabilitation patients
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Proficient use of the MS Office package
Willingness to perform and a friendly, reliable demeanor
Reliable and independent work style
Teamwork skills
