About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a prestigious commercial fit-out project in Canary Wharf. This role is ideal for a mechanically biased Site Manager with a strong background in fast-paced CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects within the London commercial market.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the mechanical installation
• Coordinating labour and subcontractors
• Ensuring project delivery is safe, on time, and to quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Manager within the M&E industry
• Strong experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, ideally within Central London
• Good technical understanding of mechanical building services installations
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams on fast-paced projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, drawings and construction programmes
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• A proactive approach to programme, quality and problem solving
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS
• Relevant mechanical trade or engineering background
• First Aid qualification would be advantageous
