About the Role
As AVP, Partner Sales EMEA, you will own the full partner sales motion across EMEA, setting the regional strategy, defining operational processes across fragmented markets, and driving commercial outcomes through co-sell and indirect ecosystem routes. You will report to the SVP, Partnerships and collaborate with the VP Sales for EMEA to embed partner-led strategies into the revenue team's operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the full partner sales motion across EMEA, including direct and indirect sales.
- Lead a regional team comprising Partner Sales Managers and Reseller Sales Managers.
- Develop and execute a consistent partner playbook adapted for diverse EMEA markets.
- Manage and maintain senior relationships with Platinum-tier partners.
- Utilize Salesforce, Crossbeam, Tackle, Clari, and Looker for pipeline and performance tracking.
- Define and implement partner strategy and plans that drive pipeline and partner-sourced ACV.
- Build and govern a reseller program with clear rules of engagement and enablement.
- Ensure partner-led engagements reflect positively on Braze across all languages and geographies.
- Collaborate with VP Sales EMEA to integrate partner motion into forecasting and reviews.
- Set the standard for partner brand representation across the region.
Requirements
- 15+ years in partner sales, alliances, or channel sales in B2B SaaS.
- 7-8 years at Senior Director or AVP level with multi-market revenue ownership.
- Demonstrated experience operating as a peer to VP-level Sales leadership.
- Proven track record leading Channel Sales teams and managing indirect revenue targets.
- Experience building or rebuilding reseller programs, including tiering and rules of engagement.
- Comfortable operating across fragmented markets with varying maturity levels.
- Experience working across Agency/SI/Delivery, Technology, and Channel/VAR partner types.
- Ability to define rules of engagement and resolve channel conflict.
- Experience using account mapping tools like Crossbeam.
- Energized by creating operating models and playbooks from scratch.
- Fluent English required.
- Additional European languages are a strong plus.
