About the Role
We are Careship. As a social enterprise, we have pursued one goal since 2015: to enable people in need of support to live as self-determined a life as possible in their own homes and to relieve their relatives. For our mission, we are looking for reliable everyday helpers to support and care for people who need help with everyday tasks due to their age or health impairments.
Responsibilities
- Support with household chores (major part of the work)
- Accompanying shopping and appointments
- Providing company, cooking together, and leisure activities
- Support with mobility (e.g., arranging clothes, combing hair, but no personal hygiene)
Requirements
- Reliable and helpful
- Fluent German language skills
- Able to work at least four hours during the week and before 6 PM
- Interested in a long-term collaboration
- Provide a clear certificate of conduct (costs will be covered)
- EU citizen or possess a residence permit with a work permit in Germany
- Own a smartphone and be comfortable using it

- Starting at €15 per hour, with potential to increase to €18 per hour through a bonus system
