About the Role

As a Kfz Mechatroniker (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and diagnostics in the workshop.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and inspection work on vehicles of all drive types
• Systematic vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting with modern diagnostic technology
• Repair and service work on mechanical and electronic components
• Preparation of vehicles for main and emissions inspections (HU/AU)
• Further development of your knowledge in modern vehicle technology

Requirements

• Completed vocational training (domestic or foreign)
• Certificate of apprenticeship or journeyman's certificate as a Kfz-Mechatroniker, commercial vehicle mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, or equivalent
• Practical experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle repair
• Physically fit (standing and walking up to 8 hours/day)
• Driving license (Class B) desirable in Germany
• Recommendation of friends and former colleagues for a bonus of €2,000 gross
• The switching bonus applies exclusively to master craftsmen in the automotive mechatronics trade as well as recognized journeymen in a trade of the automotive trade. Prerequisite is a corresponding, verifiable professional qualification and a currently practiced activity in one of these professional fields.

Experience Level

• Experience with former job titles such as Kfz-Schlosser

Education Level

Salary/Compensations

• €2,000 switching bonus*
• Weekly and quarterly bonus (profit sharing)
• €2800 - €3000 monthly
