About the Role

The Head of Marketing, UKI will bring TrendAI™ to life in the UKI market, translating global and regional marketing strategies into local campaigns, events, and programs to drive commercial momentum and accelerate ARR growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a marketer energized by measurable commercial impact and an AI-native mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Transform the regional and global marketing agenda into a UKI-specific strategy that reflects local market conditions and sales priorities.
  • Own and deliver the UKI pipeline targets in line with overall revenue goals.
  • Translate and report how Marketing activity is resulting in real world results – ARR, NRR and GRR.
  • Manage the UKI marketing budget, prioritising investment across segments and channels to hit targets.
  • Own and report ROI on budget spend.
  • Oversee execution discipline: transparent reporting, campaign calendars, budget allocation, and marketing forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor competitive marketing activity and UKI market trends, and feed insight back into regional planning.
  • Manage the design and delivery of integrated UKI campaigns in line with regional and global strategy, spanning digital, content syndication, email, paid media, and webinars.
  • Own the UKI field marketing calendar — proprietary events, industry shows, and executive roundtables.
  • Oversee account-based marketing programmes for priority enterprise and named accounts in partnership with sales.
  • Ensure global campaign frameworks and messaging for the UKI market and buyer landscape are properly localised and adapted.
  • Optimise campaign performance continuously through testing, channel mix analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Build mid- and late-stage programmes that progress open opportunities and shorten sales cycles.
  • Partner with sales, channel sales and inside sales on lead follow-up, qualification standards, and service-level agreements.
  • Design sales enablement and nurture assets that support key deal stages and displacement plays.
  • Monitor funnel conversion rates stage by stage and act on bottlenecks with targeted programmes.
  • Support renewal, cross-sell, and upsell motions within the installed base.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing UKI marketing team, working alongside them as an active member of it.
  • Act as the marketing voice in the local leadership team and a trusted partner to the sales leader.
  • Represent UKI internally at regional and global level, ensuring local market needs are understood and met in wider marketing plans.
  • Contribute and influence without authority across European and global marketing, product marketing, and communications teams.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to extend the team's reach and capability.
  • Embed AI-native ways of working across the team, using AI tools to sharpen insight, personalise engagement, and accelerate execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in B2B marketing, including time in a similar demand generation and field marketing leadership role.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering pipeline targets.
  • Hands-on operator — comfortable building and running campaigns personally, not only directing others.
  • Deep experience of integrated campaign design and event-led marketing in the UKI market.
  • Experience of account-based marketing for enterprise and named accounts.
  • Experience of delivering local execution against a centrally set marketing strategy in a matrixed organisation.
  • Data-literate approach to tracking, evaluating, and reporting on performance, translating metrics into real-world impact.
  • Leadership experience with high social competence, including managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with senior stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding — able to grasp and position complex products and working landscapes.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a willingness to work in an AI-native way.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the UK & Ireland and occasionally in Europe as required.
