About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee master data in our HR management system, Personio.
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding and offboarding, including document preparation and administrative process guidance.
- Generate HR-related documents such as certificates and employment references.
- Manage and maintain digital and physical personnel files in compliance with documentation, data protection regulations, and retention periods.
- Assist with time tracking and review/follow up on absences (vacation, sick leave, training, special leave).
- Handle administrative employee inquiries regarding HR matters and internal policies.
- Support HR specialists with recruiting, projects, and other tasks.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with a focus on personnel management or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with administrative HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management.
- Proactive attitude with a readiness for continuous process optimization and innovative ideas.
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and technologies, with experience and enjoyment in using digital HR tools and software.
- High degree of accuracy, discretion, and diligence, especially when handling sensitive employee data.
- Knowledge of German labor law and collective bargaining agreements.
- Teamwork skills and flexibility in managing changing priorities and demands.
- Clear and friendly communication, with a strong service-oriented approach and the ability to resolve employee concerns quickly and effectively.
