About the Role
Everlast Gyms is seeking qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to build a thriving Personal Training business within a fast-growing fitness brand. This role offers access to a built-in member base, industry-leading facilities, ongoing development, and the opportunity to retain 100% of Personal Training earnings. The Fitness Coach will support member results, deliver exceptional fitness experiences, and drive member engagement through coaching, group training, and personalized fitness solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions
- Support new member acquisition and retention
- Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service
- Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges
- Build strong relationships with members to support long-term engagement
- Promote additional services and products that enhance member results
- Maintain excellent standards of gym cleanliness, presentation, and safety
- Support club events, campaigns, and community initiatives
Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
- CIMSPA Practitioner Membership
- Valid Public Liability Insurance
