About the Role

As a Junior Fullstack Developer, you will directly contribute to the evolution of our digital products, shaping features across the entire stack. You will develop modern web applications, backend services, and AI-powered functionalities, gaining opportunities for early responsibility and rapid technical growth. You will collaborate closely with our product and tech teams, contribute your own ideas, and learn how scalable digital products are created in a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities

Develop and enhance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Build and maintain backend services with Python and FastAPI.
Work with PostgreSQL, including data modeling, queries, and migrations.
Utilize AI tools in daily development, such as Claude Code.
Contribute to AI features, including LLM integrations, prompt design, agents, and automations.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and close team collaboration within short iterations.

Requirements

First practical experience in web development.
Good knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and React or Next.js.
Basic knowledge of Python; experience with FastAPI or a comparable framework is a plus.
Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or comparable).
Experience with AI-assisted development.
Curiosity about LLMs, prompting, and building AI-driven features.
Initial exposure to cloud services (ideally AWS) is a plus.
Willingness to learn, initiative, and enjoyment of clean, maintainable code.
Good German and English language skills.
