About the Role
Support our HR team with all administrative HR tasks in a collegial work environment that promotes development and values openness and humor.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee master data in our HR management system Personio.
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, especially onboarding and offboarding, including preparing documents and administrative process support.
- Create personnel-related documents such as certificates and employment references.
- Manage and maintain digital and physical personnel files in compliance with documentation, data protection regulations, and deletion periods.
- Assist with time tracking and review/follow up on absences (vacation, illness, training, special leave).
- Process administrative employee inquiries regarding personnel matters and internal policies.
- Support HR specialists with recruiting, projects, and other tasks.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with a focus on personnel management or a comparable qualification.
- Familiarity with administrative HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously optimize processes and contribute innovative ideas.
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and technologies, with experience and enjoyment in using digital HR tools and software.
- High degree of accuracy, discretion, and diligence, especially when handling sensitive employee data.
- Knowledge of German labor law and collective bargaining law.
- Teamwork skills and flexibility in handling changing priorities and requirements.
- Clear and friendly communication, a strong service-oriented work approach, and the ability to process employee concerns quickly and solution-oriented.
- Alignment with green values.
