About the Role
As a Working Student Founders Associate, you will collaborate directly with the founders, gaining insights from strategy to execution. You will research markets, competitors, and funding opportunities, prepare presentations, and drive independent projects. You will also help build and improve internal processes, support marketing and content creation, and maintain clean data for better decision-making.
Responsibilities

- Build presentations and decision proposals.
- Independently drive small projects.
- Help build and improve internal processes, from application to course organization.
- Support social media, newsletters, and website content.
- Contribute ideas for reaching target audiences.
- Maintain clean data (leads, prospects, partners).
- Build simple analyses and reports for decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student (e.g., Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Social/Educational Sciences).
- Structured and independent work style.
- Ability to complete tasks and seek help when needed.
- Strong written German skills (minimum C1) for texts, presentations, and emails.
- Digitally proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or similar.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools.
- Previous experience in a startup, marketing, or with CRM systems is a plus.
- Basic technical understanding (website maintenance, automations) is a plus.
