About the Role
Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Engineer to support the stable operation and energy efficiency of facilities within Camp Humphreys, Pyeongtaek. This role focuses on Planned Service Agreement (PSA) tasks within Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), performing maintenance for Building Automation Systems (BAS) and related equipment. You will be key in managing system stability, reliability, and energy savings based on long-term customer maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep according to ESPC PSA contracts.
- Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot automated control systems.
- Monitor network and controller operational status.
- Respond to customer requests and provide technical support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and energy savings.
- Support small-scale retrofit and improvement projects.
- Review technical documentation and manage completion data.
- Collaborate with US military facility personnel and internal project teams.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in engineering fields such as Electrical, Electronics, Control, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
- Over 3 years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC Controls, Electrical, or Networking.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work in Pyeongtaek.
