About the Role

P&G is recruiting for the fall of 2028 graduates. This is an opportunity to join P&G in various roles including Consumer Market Strategy, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Marketing, Product Supply, Research & Development, and Sales. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse academic backgrounds, as many of our current employees have entered roles different from their field of study.

Requirements

Must be scheduled to graduate from a domestic or international university/graduate school between April 1, 2027, and March 31, 2028.
Must not have failed the online test or interview within the past year.
Must have business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1) or higher.
Must be able to communicate basic ideas in English (TOEIC score of 600 or higher is a guideline).
Must not have prior work experience (part-time jobs or internships during university are acceptable).
