About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Sales Assistant for our DFO Homebush location. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service, fashion, and building customer relationships within a supportive, family-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions
- Utilize product knowledge and styling skills to assist customers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Support colleagues and foster a positive store culture
- Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising and stock processing
Requirements
- Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment
- A genuine passion for the brand and its customers
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
- Great visual merchandising and styling ability
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends (approximately 10-25 hours per week)
- Flexibility to work increased shifts during peak periods and to cover team member leave
