About the Role
As our second full-time designer, you will lead a key portion of our UX design and usability efforts, nurturing the core product and developing concepts for potential new products.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design and usability efforts.
- Nurture the core product and develop concepts for potential new products.
- Utilize research techniques and design methods to understand customer problems, prototype ideas, and monitor solution effectiveness.
- Work on complex, AI-powered design problems and experiment with novel design concepts.
- Leverage AI tools to augment the design process and drive adoption of AI workflows.
- Collaborate with customers, product managers, and engineers from inception to delivery.
- Solicit design critiques and proactively share ideas.
- Consider the scalability of the design system and future product directions.
- Ensure solutions remain simple and elegant as they expand.
- Observe and absorb in customer environments.
- Lead usability sessions, focus groups, and solution testing.
