About the Role

The TAVI Territory Manager is responsible for ensuring the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales and clinical objectives for the Structural Heart TAVI division. This role manages commercial accounts and trial sites, significantly impacting patient lives. The position may be hired at different levels and may require travel exceeding 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Regional Sales Director to identify account opportunities and achieve quarterly sales objectives.
  • Coordinates daily territory activities with territory Clinical Sales Specialists and the regional Clinical Lead Specialist.
  • Develops and implements customer-focused sales and clinical strategies to support TAVI program goals and provides quarterly business reviews.
  • Develops actionable sales and account plans utilizing clinical, sales, and data analytics.
  • Utilizes SFDC program and additional sales tools to manage the sales process.
  • Completes field training to support cases solo and act as an Abbott proctor delegate.
  • Provides sterile valve loading and case support for TAVI procedures, ensuring safe and effective use of Navitor with FlexNav and other portfolio devices.
  • Evaluates patient anatomy and valve sizing for customers using a CT program and provides sizing reports.
  • Develops customer relationships and collaborates with hospital departments to identify key stakeholders.
  • Attends and participates in team meetings, trade shows, educational conferences, and webinars.
  • Provides in-services and onsite training for product use.
  • Maintains clinical expertise through company product training.
  • Responsible for forecasting, executing quarterly plans of action, and managing account consignment.
  • Completes vendor credentialing process for hospital access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of cardiovascular sales experience, with 5+ years in Structural Heart, TEVAR, EVAR, TCAR, or endovascular.
  • Alternatively, 300+ cases of TAVI/Transcatheter valve industry case support experience.
  • Demonstrates clinical competency and understanding of severe aortic stenosis disease state.
  • Strong clinical acumen, proven sales performance, organization, communication, and process skillsets.
  • Verification of satisfying all vendor credentialing requirements, potentially including COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Must advise HR if medical or religious accommodation is required for credentialing requirements.

Skills

  • Proficient with multiple imaging modalities including angiography, TTE, TEE, and CT.
  • Interpretation of ECG and hemodynamics.

Salary/Compensations

  • $86,700.00 – $173,300.00
