- Strong technical skills in personal injury law
- Proven ability to achieve billing targets
- A commitment to looking after your clients
- A hard working and dedicated approach to your practice
- A friendly, down to earth nature that enjoys working as part of a team
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
