About the Role

Seeking an experienced Appian Automation Testing Lead to join our Sydney team, focusing on ensuring the quality of Appian applications within the banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies and plans.
• Design and implement automation frameworks.
• Conduct API and integration testing.
• Manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor QA teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Work within Agile delivery environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of QA/Automation Testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Appian application testing and automation testing.
• Experience testing Business Lending / Lending applications within the Banking domain.
• Proven experience working with Australian banking or financial services organizations.
• Expertise in test strategy, test planning, automation frameworks, API/integration testing, defect management, and leading QA teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
