About the Role

Inter-Co Division 10 is seeking a Project Manager for its Austin, Texas branch. This role is crucial for managing the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects, ensuring exceptional customer service and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Complete the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects in collaboration with the sales & estimating team.
• Process and complete shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products, and arrange shipping with customers.
• Manage third-party subcontract installers on job site installations.
• Review and price change orders for existing projects, and actively pursue profitable change order sales.
• Resolve project issues, including delays, adverse site conditions, and installation challenges.
• Collaborate with manufacturer/supplier partners on orders and material deliveries.
• Coordinate with other project managers, warehouse managers, and drivers to ensure successful project completion.
• Complete project deficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction with project delivery.
• Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an Undergraduate Education.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
• A valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
• An eagerness to learn, grow & develop Project Management skills.
• Ability to create & maintain positive relationships.
• Proactive & direct communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Interest in the construction industry and willingness to learn and grow within the sector.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fun work environment.
