About the Role
The ZLC Group is seeking a talented Manager to join our dynamic accounting firm and lead our team to new heights. As an Accounting Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing them with top-notch accounting services and tailored solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work is delivered.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and tax returns for Limited Liability Companies, S Corporations, C Corporations, Trusts, tax-exempt, individual taxpayers, and multi-state businesses.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the continued growth and success of the firm.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored accounting solutions that meet their unique requirements.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our services remain at the cutting edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- A CPA certification
- 6+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a high level of quality.
