About the Role
The ZLC Group is seeking a talented Manager to lead their accounting team, providing top-notch accounting services and tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients. This role is responsible for driving growth, delivering outstanding results, and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and tax returns for various entity types including LLCs, S Corps, C Corps, Trusts, tax-exempt organizations, individual taxpayers, and multi-state businesses.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the continued growth and success of the firm.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored accounting solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure services remain cutting-edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification.
- 6+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a high level of quality.
