About the Role
As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will be part of our rapidly growing engineering team, helping to build the next generation of AI solutions. You will partner with clients in various BCG regions and industries on key topics like climate change, enabling them to design, build, and deploy new and innovative solutions. This role offers an accelerated path for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the full analytics value-chain end to end: framing new business challenges, designing innovative algorithms, implementing, and deploying scalable solutions, and enabling colleagues and clients to fully embrace AI.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers.
- Lead conferences on behalf of BCG X.
- Apply software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software.
- Be actively involved in every part of the software development life cycle.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for robust software development.
- Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Collaborate in teams to share software design and solution ideas.

- $110,000 - $190,000 USD
