Responsibilities
- Build AI solutions and agents using Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, and Gemini Enterprise.
- Develop prototypes and production-ready AI solutions to demonstrate business value.
- Analyze business needs and identify appropriate AI-driven solutions.
- Understand business operations, processes, and technical requirements across functions.
- Manage project portfolios, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across Enterprise AI initiatives.
- Create detailed dependency plans and high-level project tracking.
- Produce project deliverables, including prototypes, documents, and presentation materials.
- Drive adoption of AI solutions across business teams.
- Measure solution effectiveness and communicate results and recommendations.
- Contribute to enterprise AI standards, reusable frameworks, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support and collaborate on broader Enterprise AI team projects and objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solutions analysis, business systems analysis, delivery management, or consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms: Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Experience building AI solutions, agents, prototypes, and production-ready applications.
- Portfolio and delivery management experience, including task tracking, timelines, and dependencies.
- Ability to develop business and technical documentation, presentations, and dependency plans.
- Strong understanding of complex business processes and technical solution design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at both strategic and detailed levels.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset.
