About the Role
As a manager of pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales operations within a logistics center, you will ensure compliance with relevant laws, including the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, and be responsible for quality and operational management. Utilizing your pharmacist qualifications, you will support the safe and appropriate operation of pharmaceutical logistics through collaboration with 3PL providers and coordination with internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Pharmaceutical business management (manufacturing and sales)
- Execution of management duties in pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales
- Compliance with laws and guidelines such as the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act and GMP
- Administrative response (audits, notifications, report creation, etc.)
- Quality control and document management
- Management and monitoring of product storage conditions (temperature, etc.)
- Support for quality deviations and recall response
- Creation, revision, and education of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Collaboration and supervision with 3PL providers
- Quality and operational management guidance for 3PLs handling pharmaceuticals
- Auditing and improvement guidance for warehouse operations
- Evaluation and improvement of logistics processes based on the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, GMP, etc.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination with BU, RAQA, SCM, Sales, various SCM teams, Legal Affairs, overseas manufacturers, and domestic inspection vendors
- Confirmation of work division with manufacturers and sellers
- Quality support for new products and new projects
- Education and audit response
- Provision of pharmaceutical and quality education to 3PL and internal staff
- Response and preparation for administrative and internal audits
- Internal dissemination of knowledge regarding GMP, etc.
- Improvement activities and system utilization
- Promotion of efficiency in quality control operations
- Utilization and operational support of WMS and quality management systems
- Proposals for quality improvement through data analysis
Requirements
- Pharmacist license
- English (email) (AI usage permitted)
- Understanding and operational experience of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Practical experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility (manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, etc.)
- Experience responding to administrative inspections (on-site inspections)
