About the Role
Mindful Care is seeking New York State Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) for a 100% remote psychotherapy role. This position offers a structured, supportive clinical environment with consistent scheduling and minimal administrative burden, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intakes as needed
- Deliver both long-form therapy and MicroTherapy sessions
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team members
- Participate in weekly supervision and team collaboration
- Support group therapy, intake, or MicroTherapy coverage as needed
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations
- Practice a person-centered and ethical approach to care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work and active LMSW license in New York
- At least 2 years or 1000 hours of supervised clinical experience toward LCSW or equivalent
- Experience providing therapy to adults 18 and older outside of internships
- Experience with both individual and group therapy
- Experience with concurrent documentation
- Familiarity with assessments such as GAD-7 and PHQ-9
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a structured schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to working with diverse populations and providing inclusive care
