About the Role
An opportunity for a talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members. This casual role is based in Toronto, NSW.
Responsibilities
- Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices
- Sort, price and prepare donations for sale
- Assist in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure
- Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures
- Demonstrate TSA core values in all work related activities
Requirements
- Retail sales experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results
- Alignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity
- High energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends
- Preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area
- Successful completion of a Working with Children Check (for child-facing roles)
- Mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
