About the Role

Crown Sydney is Australia’s most iconic luxury integrated resort, home to premium hospitality venues. We are seeking experienced bartenders and food & beverage attendants to join high-performing teams and work within world-class bars, dining venues, and large-scale events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium beverage service at rooftop bar CirQ.
• Provide premium dining and beverage service in restaurants, including Nobu.
• Serve guests at events and banqueting, including weddings, corporate, and VIP events.
• Offer hotel guest experience for in-room dining, requiring overnights.
• Provide premium buffet food and elegant dining experience at Epicurean.
• Serve casino guests at Mahogany, requiring overnight flexibility.

Requirements

• Experience as a bartender, cocktail bartender, food & beverage attendant, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Experience in section waitering within premium dining, hospitality, events, or high-volume service environments.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Enjoy fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Current or willing to obtain NSW RSA.
• Positive attitude & reliability.
• 24/7 availability required.
• Able to work a minimum of 4-5 days a week.
