About the Role
Join our progressive, innovative, and growing estate department as a Wills attorney. This dynamic law firm offers flexible hours, no billing requirement, a good salary, and great benefits including bonus opportunity. We are seeking a full-time attorney to attend scheduled will days with no caseload.
Responsibilities
- Attend will signing event days at various locations on Long Island.
- Draft and review wills.
Requirements
- Admission to the NYS Bar for no less than three years is required, and be in good standing.
- Juris Doctor
- Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws.
- Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence.
