About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product management, including strategy development, roadmap planning, new product introductions, and lifecycle optimization.
- Partner with R&D, commercial teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and launch successful products.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, positioning, and portfolio management.
- Represent customer needs to ensure products exceed expectations and maintain competitive advantage in the market.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screen.
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in life sciences or related industry.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience conducting market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research.
- Proven record of successful product launches and commercialization.
- Excellence in financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and influence skills in a matrix environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
- Proficiency with business software and tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.).
- Experience with regulated products/environments preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25-30%.

Salary/Compensations
- $155,900.00–$180,000.00
- Variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results
